"Divine" dishes of "delicious simplicity"-but no sushi- are the thing at this Upper East Side "little slice of Japan" specializing in "wonderful, high-priced" Kansai fare (including "soba and udon done to perfection"); its "super-tiny" room's "cozy" feel is made even more so by the "gracious" staff.
